Formats are not to spec

PROSITE release 13.0, PTS_EIIA_2 had a 5 digit date!
   -(since fixed)

Here's the definition from the documentation 

DT   MMM-YYYY (CREATED); MMM-YYYY (DATA UPDATE); MMM-YYYY (INFO UPDATE).
Here's the error record 
DT   NOV-1990 (CREATED); NOV-1995 (DATA UPDATE); NOV-19954 (INFO UPDATE).
  • validate the input
